Datum Groundworks has been selected by George Wilson Estates to execute crucial groundwork and infrastructure projects for the new Travis Perkins Builders Merchants location at Milstrood Road, Whitstable.

With our extensive expertise in the field, we will be conducting all groundworks, drainage installations, and the establishment of retaining walls. One of the key components of the project is the installation of a 10,000m2 slab. This pivotal installation will provide the groundwork for the operations of the new Builders Merchants location. Ensuring durability and high performance, this yard slab will be designed to withstand substantial traffic and heavy loads, facilitating Travis Perkins’ bustling operations.

To ensure the area remains operational even during heavy rainfall, we will be incorporating an ACO-Max drainage system. This advanced drainage system is renowned for its high capacity, efficiency, and its ability to quickly drain water from large surfaces. This will effectively minimise the risk of water accumulation and flooding, guaranteeing that the premises stay accessible and functional at all times.
