PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our client Quinn Estates requested our involvement regenerating this old site which was formerly Park Avenue Motors into a new housing estate for in excess of 57 homes for the first phase. This project is part of the re-generation of the Deal area.
Quinn Estates and Datum groundworks work very closely with other in order to deliver the project on time and in budget.
PROJECT DELIVERY
Infrastructure works including 278 works in accordance with the KCC highways agencies agreement. Drainage strategy in line with the environmental agencies requirements and house foundations, drainage and external works.
Works carried out include roadway construction, site drainage, piling attendance, foundations, sub structures, block and beam, drainage, external works.
PROJECT OUTCOME
This project is still underway on the 2nd phase at present. We have successfully constructed the 278 works, 70% of the infrastructure and foundations through to external works on some 20 plots.
